Dr. Jamin Quilla ( pronounced JAY-min KWIL-la) spent his childhood exploring the mountains and beaches of Southern California. He moved to Kansas City where he attended high school and college. It was not until a couple years after he graduated college that he realized he wanted to become an optometrist. It took him a little while, but he realized he just really loved eyes!

He later went on to Southern College of Optometry where he obtained his Doctorate. He also happened to meet another amazing optometry student who he asked to marry him. She said yes! After optometry school, Dr. Jamin did an additional year of residency training focusing in ocular disease and low vision care at the James H. Quillen VA hospital in Johnson City, TN.
Dr. Jamin is a member of the American Academy of Optometry and the North Carolina Optometric Society.
